Very close to Queenstown. Good place to stay as you are not going to be in your room for most of the time. Community kitchen and paid washer dryers were good options. We used both.

If you need to buy anything at the hotel then it is very costly. Would recommend you shop whatever you need from Queenstown. The wifi charges were also too high. You have to buy as the cell phone coverage is very pathetic in the area.

Good bed large room

The TV had bad low quality picture and only 4 channels but everything else was fine.

Everything we needed for our one night stay - LOVED the radiators for heating.

Pillows - an upgrade in quality would make for a better sleep.

Room was warm as toast.

Internet connection was terrible. Too far from shops eg supermarkets.Fortunately bus stop right outside so travel back in town helpful consideringtaxi cost.

Room service was really nice. Room was a really decent size I wasn’t expecting it to be so big. The views from the room were so cool and it was just a really nice stay.

Bed was a little hard but nothing else wrong with my stay.

Great location for going to Coronet Peak. Spacious and very warm.

Such a great location, out of town but only a short drive in, views of the snowy mountains right outside our window. Very clean and cozy rooms. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and big. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Had some problems with the Wi-Fi and was a little bit far from the town.

Flexibility. We arrived earlier than the check in time without prior notice but we were allowed to check in right away.Peaceful. The area is quiet and peaceful where you can have a relaxing night sleep.Honest and Helpful staffs. We were already in the airport when a staff called us saying we left our ring. They even managed to bring the ring to us at airport since our boarding is just a few minutes away.

The room was a good price and it was lovely and warm. The kitchen facilities were good.

The television channels were very limited.

Close to Queenstown central. Lots of options for activities close by.

No sky to watch rugby

Stayed there before. Room is a bit tired and in need of a paint and the carpet's cleaned. Reception staff are great. Overall a good enough stay.

We had a lot of problems with the WiFi......but in my opinion, we weren't there for the WiFi ?. My son sure did complain though!

It’s value as I can’t find any other accommodation can be under 70 but come with your private bathroom, can’t request anymore.

Convenient accessibility arranged due to our late check in. Room was tidy and warm.

Although a little dated and 'tired' the room was generally clean.
